Who SMS is Between:
– Management or dispatch staff ↔ Employees (drivers, couriers, administrative staff).
– SMS will not be used for personal communication outside of business purposes.

Who Initiates SMS:
– Management or dispatch may initiate SMS to notify employees of critical updates.
– Employees may initiate SMS to confirm assignment details, report delivery status, or notify of emergencies.

– Route changes or traffic-related updates.
– Equipment or vehicle availability notices.
– Weather alerts affecting delivery schedules.
– Emergency contact in case of incidents on the road.

– Promotional, marketing, or non-work-related texts will not be sent to employees.
